President/Director of Canadian Operations
A graduate from McMaster University, Gennarino founded Canmax Medical Imaging in 2022 with a vision to provide Canadian patients with rapid accessibility to diagnostic imaging in Western New York. Serving as the firm’s president, Gennarino brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role having demonstrated a robust track record of driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results. He has worked alongside many physicians and radiologists both in Canada and the United States, utilizing his research and clinical knowledge to develop turn-key diagnostic imaging solutions for Canadian patients.
Dr. Allen S. Greenspoon, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Greenspoon’s career as a trusted family physician at the Hamilton Family Health Team spans 40 years serving Hamilton families. Dr. Greenspoon is an Independent Medical Assessor, a Transport Canada Marine Medical Examiner and Medical Director of Wellington Medical Centre. Dr. Greenspoon is also a sponsor of the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence Program. His vision of an integrated health care model, health education, and health promotion, while providing expedited access to medical services has maximized patient experience.
Dr. Joseph E. Serghany, MD
Radiologist/Director of US Operations
Dr. Serghany is a board-certified radiologist in New York State specializing in diagnostic imaging and medical interpretation. With a passion for utilizing cutting edge technology to improve patient care, Dr. Serghany brings extensive expertise in interpreting various imaging modalities. Throughout his career, Dr. Serghany has successfully developed, owned, and operated numerous multi-site diagnostic imaging centers throughout Western New York.

Aaron has a history of growing successful companies across numerous industries including Real Estate, Finance, Medical, and Recycling. Aaron leads with a hands on approach to customer care ensuring that all of our clients and strategic partners receive prompt care and value added service.
